On September 22, 2023, the technical exchange meeting for China-Europe projects under the theme "Technology Empowering Taizhou, Intelligence Leading the Future" was held in Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone, organized by Sincode Group in collaboration with Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone and WAGAS Group. Attendees included Xu Xu, Member of the Party Working Committee of the Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone Management Office; Tang Junsong, Head of the Investment Management Division of Taizhou Financial Holding Group; Jonathan Partouche, Founder and CEO of WAGAS Group; Bai Yunfei, Chairman of Sincode Technology Group; Lei Xin, President of Sincode Technology Group; and a delegation of local enterprises.

The meeting focused on topics such as cross-border incubation between China and Europe, collaboration on cutting-edge projects, and targeted business matchmaking. Member Xu Xu warmly welcomed the attendees and presided over the meeting.

WAGAS DeepTech Park (Bersons, Paris)

WAGAS Technology Innovation Park (Tech Innovation Park), developed by France's ORIGONE Group, serves as a global accelerator for advanced scientific development, specializing in the incubation and acceleration of technological innovations in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

Located in the Bersons area of Paris, France, WAGAS enjoys a prime location—28 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 12 minutes from La Défense, Paris' major business district. The park boasts a total floor area of 61,000 m², offering capacity for 2,500 employees, and features 40 national-level laboratories, 3 independent dining areas, a fully-equipped fitness club, an auditorium that seats 171 people, nearly 600 parking spaces, and 4 dedicated VIP meeting zones, among other facilities—all supported by a professional leadership team.

WAGAS provides enterprises within the park with ecosystem planning for developing new projects, technologies, and products, assisting in attracting investments and facilitating access to government resources.

II. Meeting Agenda

The meeting will be held in the East Conference Room on the third floor of Dingshun Building, a technology incubator in Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone

Member Xu Xu first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from French Wagas and all representatives from various sectors attending the meeting. He provided an overview of the industrial landscape of the park and emphasized that promoting international exchanges for enterprises has always been a key initiative strongly supported by the park administration and the government.

He expressed hope that this project exchange meeting would facilitate the establishment of offshore centers both domestically and internationally, integrating high-quality resources from China. Such efforts would not only showcase outstanding Chinese enterprises and products but also introduce advanced technologies and development experience. Additionally, it would provide enterprises with diversified cooperation opportunities, broaden the scope of collaboration, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes.

Mr. Lei Xin, President of Sincode Group, introduced the team members and provided a brief overview of the Wagas DeepTech Park and related projects.

WAGAS specializes in incubating and accelerating technology innovation enterprises in the fields of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. It offers a comprehensive ecosystem plan for resident companies developing new projects, technologies, and products, including funding support, resource connections, soft-landing services, and assistance with French policy applications. Depending on the project, companies can receive 50% to 100% government subsidies for their R&D expenses.

Mr. Bai responded to each representative’s questions, analyzing recent industry developments, addressing existing challenges, and outlining future trends.
