On September 14, 2025, driven by the vision of expanding into the African market and jointly building a sovereign future, Mr. Bai Yunfei, Chairman of Sincode Group, and Mr. Lei Xin, President, were invited by the President of Cameroon to travel to the country alongside representatives of the French WAGAS Group for high-level business cooperation discussions.

With the active support of WAGAS Group, Mr. Bai, Mr. Lei, and their delegation held a crucial meeting with senior Cameroonian officials. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding collaboration on the "City of Light Cameroon" smart city construction project.

In recent years, Sincode Group, in collaboration with WAGAS, has launched major projects in Cameroon, Nigeria, Chad, Guinea, Côte d'Ivoire, and other countries. These include Cameroon’s 1.5 million housing unit initiative, Nigeria’s 20 million housing plan, a bauxite transformation and smart city complex in Guinea, along with multiple clean energy microgrids and digital twin city systems.

The meeting identified the following five core pillars that together form Sincode Group’s comprehensive strategy for promoting sovereign development in Africa:

The meeting set clear goals for 2030: delivering 25 million housing units, deploying 50 gigawatts of clean energy, incubating 360 deep tech startups, creating 30 million jobs, and mobilizing $100 billion in investments.

This visit carries significant mission—Africa is not only the world’s future market but also a new engine of innovation and growth. Together, Sincode Group and WAGAS are building a new, self-reliant Africa where value is retained and prosperity is sustainable.
